AVR teams that have not been invited to the Championship Event may complete the form above to be added to the waitlist. Unfilled Wildcard spots will be filled in order of teams with the highest single event score. All selected teams will be notified no later than November 25th, 2026.
The 2026 AVR Championship Event will be held on Friday, December 4th, 2026 at the Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center in Dallas, Texas.
Event Required Documents
Teams should arrive at each event with the correct documentation completed and ready to turn in.
